Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong track‑record of leading multiple small scale and/or larger workplace projects (including front‑end set up and full‑cycle delivery)
• Full project life cycle ownership: successfully delivers projects through all phases, from initiation to handover
• Takes a broader oversight role, ensuring either in‑house or third‑party commercial‑, design‑, project controls‑related activities, reporting, and deliverables are occurring at the pace and quality level required for project success
• Ensures that PMK's service delivery standards are upheld
• Coordinates the efforts of various workers to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished on time
• Proactively identifies obstacles and implements solutions on their projects
• Is able to ‘manage by exception’ meaning that he/she is able to develop a comprehensive action plan for a given project based on the client’s unique requirements
