Reporting : Director of Visual Arts Department

Job Purpose

Managing projects undertaken by the department by establishing and implementing project management processes. This includes preparing reports, budgets, and comprehensive analyses to ensure projects are established and completed within specified deadlines and in accordance with international best practices.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scheduled projects and provide continuous development of these procedures to ensure alignment with international best practice
• Supervise the study of sector-related projects, understanding their requirements and objectives while ensuring costs are correctly calculated. Provide research and rationale for any identified variance
• Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of all relevant projects and programs to ensure execution as planned
