Senior Project Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Project Officer for the AxCIS Lab, a project under the CREATE Thematic Programme in Decarbonisation. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the project, facilitating collaboration between key stakeholders based in the United States and in Singapore. Key responsibilities of the role include project reporting, event support, travel support for Principal Investigators (PIs), procurement and financial administration, as well as ad-hoc tasks based on evolving project needs.

• Project Reporting to Funding Agency: Compile technical and progress reports, as needed, by working with the PIs and the postdocs.
• Event & Meeting Support: Respond to requests from NRF for speakers, posters, and any requested information needed for events that CREATE might host to feature the AxCIS research.
