Senior Project Officer, Workforce Strategy Planning and Leadership

About the role:
The Senior Project Officer contributes to the development and implementation of a range of workforce development programs/initiatives to strengthen the Victorian public health workforce. The successful incumbent will provide expert health workforce intelligence to the branch, department and external stakeholders through the management of the department's large workforce datasets, interpretation and dissemination of authoritative advice, as well as expert advice and oversight for systems, processes, agreements and contracts to ensure the branch is maintaining probity, accountability, value for money, and delivering the department's identified strategic workforce commitments, objectives and outcomes to achieve the best health, wellbeing and safety for all Victorians.
