Job Title: Senior Project or Contracts Manager (Bedfordview) Main Purpose

The Senior Project or Contracts Manager will be responsible for the effective overall management of the site. This includes the optimisation of financial performance of the site and implementation of site‑specific systems and controls, i.e. daily costing, programme management, QA/QC, HSE, procurement controls, budgets and forecasts, cost reporting, Client and Stakeholder liaison etc.

Responsibilities Ensure overall responsibility for safely managing one or more large and complex infrastructure projects. Ensure the budgeted turnover and profitability of the projects are achieved and exceeded. Take control of subcontractor and supplier management and be intimately involved with project planning and programming.
