Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification is essential Construction/Engineering degree or related field is essential Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) is essential MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential 10-15 years in managing large-scale construction projects preferably in an underground mining environment is essential. Competencies Strong knowledge of mining operations, heavy equipment, and construction methodologies Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects in challenging mining environments (i.e. brownfields projects) Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Auto CAD, SAP)
