FUNCTION

Reporting to the CPL Manager and the C&P Business Services Manager, the main activities of the job are to: liaises with other teams and contributes to the processes of the contracts and procurement entity; carry out work in compliance with company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed company priorities and objectives, company standards and procedures and good industry practices; treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality; perform source to contract process for goods, services and TAS (prepare the call for tender documentation and specific tender and tender evaluation procedures in line with company procedures); issue contracts and service/purchase orders (liaise with the relevant technical teams (DUET) to ensure that the technical requirements are adequately incorporated into the tender process and collaborate...
