Senior QA Engineer - AI & Automation

Opportunity

At FSAI, QA sits at the centre of delivery. You will be working across complex AI systems, integrations, and enterprise environments where the bar for quality is high and the pace is fast. You will own test strategy across the platform, individual AI Co‑Workers, and customer integration environments. You will work across all three engineering layers — Customer Services, Platform, and SRE — and be expected to bring both automation depth and strategic thinking to everything you ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy across the full delivery lifecycle — from requirements through to post-production monitoring
• Build and maintain automated test suites across unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance layers
• Test APIs and service integrations directly, not just through the UI
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure failures are actionable and owned
