Opportunity Description

Our non-profit client is seeking a Senior Test Lead to select testing tools & frameworks to build a mature QA practice in the non-profit sector

Establish and implement a scalable testing strategy, toolset, and quality assurance framework supporting enterprise and custom software initiatives.

Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension or conversion to permanent full-time. Hybrid on-site in Ottawa, ON

Responsibilities

Define and implement a practical, scalable testing strategy across multiple delivery streams

Introduce standards for test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting

Select and implement test management and automation tools (frameworks, CI/CD integration, etc.)

Create documentation, templates, and repeatable processes where none currently exist

Act as the central point of accountability for QA

Advise leadership on quality risks, trade-offs, and maturity roadmap
