Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Automation) - Remote USA

Description

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with hands-on QA automation experience to support NIH projects. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of both Custom and ServiceNow-based solutions by partnering with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

The QA Analyst will support our NIH projects by collaborating and working with a cross-functional team to deliver quality, innovative, and highly scalable web-based applications to end clients, and will serve as a Quality Assurance Analyst, performing testing and verification/validation activities for team I.T. deliveries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.

**Job Location:** Remote (USA). Local candidates may be expected to work at the client site in Rockville, MD, at least 1-2 days per week.
