Staff Engineer- Quality Automation
Neo ITO is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer – Quality Automation to lead quality engineering strategy, automation architecture, and operational excellence across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise in automation frameworks, testing strategy, CI/CD quality gating, and end-to-end quality governance across the entire SDLC. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can architect scalable testing systems, mentor QA teams, and collaborate with Principal Engineers to build a world-class QA engineering culture.

Availability: Must be available to work in CST(6.30 PM- 3.30 AM IST)
