Senior Quality Engineer

Job Description

DP World are currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Minworth.

This is a hands‑on role that will drive product and process quality through data‑led decision making and cross‑functional collaboration. Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers, the Quality Engineer will lead initiatives to resolve quality issues, improve first‑time‑through (FTT) rates, reduce scrap, and support continuous improvement activities across the business.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across the operation, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions using structured problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, Shainin/Red X).
