Senior Quality Management Advisor

Purpose of Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Management Advisor to provide strategic support to the Head of Quality, focusing on quality management, quality assurance initiatives, and continuous improvement across all Lesedi operations. This role requires a professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate available quality data and advise and guide management in areas of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Quality Management/Quality Assurance process and systems, ensuring Lesedi’s compliance portfolio is maintained. This position plays a pivotal role in establishing internal audit programs, managing non‑conformance reports, supplier oversight and developing comprehensive training programs for personnel.
