RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage pre- and post-contract administration of assigned projects. Prepare tender documents, review specifications, and liaise with contractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support project teams, accounts, and finance teams. Assist senior managers with daily operations and provide support in their absence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors. Resolve contractual issues, monitor project costs, and ensure expenses stay within budget.
