Senior quantity surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our civil engineering and construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall commercial, financial, and contractual management of projects from project commencement through to final account stage.

The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in cost control, contract administration, subcontractor management, and project commercial reporting within the construction or civil engineering industry. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage project profitability, maintain healthy cash flow, and support operational teams through strategic commercial oversight.
