Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work within a team of approximately 10 professionals, including junior cost managers, quantity surveyors, cost estimators, and others, to deliver high-quality cost management and procurement services across all project types, including industrial, commercial, residential, infrastructure, and government developments, both nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized cost estimation, cost control, and budgeting and cost estimation procedures across the company, while managing all kinds of projects, in all the stages of the construction cycle. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
