Senior Quantity Surveyor

C.Neo Ltd are working with a national Construction Tier 1 Main Contractor to recruit and experienced Quantity Surveyor with the experience of Multi faceted construction new builds and refurbishments including fit outs and M&E packages within the commercial & industrial sector in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Duties of the Quantity Surveyor are as follws:

* Manage the daily commercial operations of the relevant contracts

* Support the Commercial Directors in negotiating future contracts

* Draft complex subcontract arrangements, including professional services agreements and appropriate terms of engagement

* Liaise with all parties to ensure a clear understanding of contract terms, particularly financial aspects

* Lead weekly commercial team meetings, oversee contract administration, and assign tasks to commercial staff
