Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Pre and Post contract management responsibilities and contract administration
- Control and coordinate Project Surveyor for project tender exercise, contract documentation, interim payment, and final account settlement
- Manage and coordinate project related contractual matters
- Attend and participate in meetings with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve progress related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent recognised by BQSM
- Minimum 10 years of working experience, including 3 years in a consultant firm
- Good written and verbal communication in English and computer skills in Microsoft Office and Glodon Software
