SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Pre and Post contract management responsibilities and contract administration
• Control and coordinate Project Surveyor for project tender exercise, contract documentation, interim payment, and final account settlement
• Manage and coordinate project related contractual matters
• Attend and participate in meetings with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve progress related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent recognised by BQSM
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, including 3 years in a consultant firm
• Good written and verbal communication in English and computer skills in Microsoft Office and Glodon Software
