Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Manage tendering activities
including preparation, submission, follow-up, documentation, clarifications, and tender analysis. Prepare project costing, budgets, and pricing strategies
to ensure competitive and profitable project bids. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and define project scope. Administer contracts and project commercial matters , including variation orders (VOs), progress claims, billing coordination, and ERP updates. Monitor project financial performance
through budgeting, forecasting, claims management, and maintenance of unit price databases. Provide team support and stakeholder coordination
by guiding junior QS staff, attending contract review meetings, and participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
