Senior Quantity Surveyor: Tendering & Subcontractor Coordination

Responsibilities

• Carry out quantity take-off for tenders and/or projects
• Familiar with evaluation of tenders, preparation of tender quotation
• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
• Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors progress payments
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim
• Review and advise impact for variation of project specification
