The Role:
The Senior Quantity Surveys are responsible for managing all aspect of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Maintain contract documentation and advise on tender and post contract matters.Preparation and issue of contractual letters/emails to clients and/or sub-contractors.Site Measurement.Preparation and submission of Early warnings.Preparation, submission and agreement of variations & Compensation Events.Preparation, submission and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts.Agreement and certification of sub-contractor’s interim valuations and final account.Liaison with Site Management regarding issuing and updating programmes.Monthly preparation of CTC’sManage junior members of staff as required.Key Requirements/Qualifications:
