Senior Real Estate Specialist (Hybrid, Seattle)

Job Description
The Senior Real Estate Specialist is a member of Real Estate’s Lease Administration team responsible for managing and administering Nordstrom’s entire portfolio (retail, warehouses, storages, distribution/fulfillment centers, and offices) reporting key data and critical dates, maintaining the system of record, abstracting leases and developing business relationships with local store teams, regional teams, property managers and landlords. The Real Estate Lease Administration team specifically supports many internal cross-functional business partners including Real Estate & Store Development (including Store Design/Construction and Store Environment), Restaurant Division, Legal, Tax, Local & Regional Facilities, Risk Management, Rent Desk, Accounting, Sales Reporting, etc.
