In this role, you will take a leading position within a dynamic mental health crisis and early-intervention service, managing a diverse caseload while providing skilled de-escalation, robust risk assessment and coordinated multi-agency support. You will guide and empower service users to engage with community services, while also offering day-to-day leadership to Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers and volunteers, ensuring consistent, high-quality practice.
