Lead and enhance community engagement as a Senior Recreation Programs Coordinator for the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc. Focus on seniors programming, community partnerships, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
This full-time temporary position requires a strong background in recreation programming, specifically for seniors. As a member of the Recreation and Culture team, you will develop and evaluate programs while fostering community relationships. Your role will include managing volunteers, coordinating events, and ensuring safety for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and implementation of seniors programs
• Evaluate school year day camps and party packages
• Organize training for volunteers and part-time staff
• Schedule and manage volunteer placements

Requirements:
