We are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in Dubai that is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine curiosity about people.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing and attracting top talent while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
