Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake meeting through offer acceptance
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and status updates
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of direct sourcing, referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture
- Coordinate interview processes and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout
- Manage offers, support negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding handoff
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within the ATS
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal recruitment processes
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality
