Act as a strategic partner within the Talent Acquisition team, owning the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber talent aligned with Shopee's culture, core competencies, and long-term organizational goals. This role is responsible for leading consultative hiring strategies and proactive sourcing initiatives, with a particular focus on senior-level and hard-to-fill positions. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to ensure a high-impact, data-driven, and candidate-centric hiring process.
Scope of Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, competency-based interviewing, offer structuring, and closing for mid-to-senior and niche technical positions.
