Senior Recruiter & Team Lead

The company

This is a hands-on recruitment role with a leadership dimension, sitting within a growing Talent Acquisition team that spans Europe and LATAM. You will split your time between running your own requisitions and serving as a go-to reference point for the European TA team, helping to unblock hiring funnels and maintaining momentum across the board.

The role is based in Madrid, at a well-connected office near Nuevos Ministerios and the Bernabéu stadium, with a hybrid model of two days per week on-site (typically Mondays and Wednesdays).

Missions

Your day-to-day will be approximately 80% operational recruiting and 20% team coordination. On the recruiting side, you will manage your own requisitions end-to-end with full ownership of the candidate experience.
