Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are a centrally located headhunting and recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

• Develop and set up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
• Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective
• Monitor various recruiting metrics, cost analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
• Other ad‑hoc duties may apply

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management
• At least 2 to 3 years of recruitment consultant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
