Responsibilities

• Serve as the talent advisor for the Guadalajara Hub, leading full‑cycle recruitment for specialized IT roles and key corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.).
• Collaborate with global teams and influence hiring decisions through market insights.
• Build and execute recruiting strategies, adapting approaches to diverse stakeholder needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in Mexico and the US to understand current and future talent needs.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and identify appropriate recruiting channels.
• Gather and analyze the IT labor market, talent supply/demand, and compensation trends to provide data‑driven insights that influence hiring decisions.
• Assess candidates based on company values, principle‑based management alignment, and technical capabilities.
