JOB SCOPE:
Drive and deliver business objectives (sales, activity and quality targets) for the assigned region/cluster in line with company and bank partner priorities.
Lead, motivate, coach and mentor Area Business Manager (ABM) and/or bank sales advisors to achieve consistent performance.
Build a strong sales capability through structured training, field coaching and development plans; ensure high standards of product knowledge, advisory quality and professionalism.
