Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager

Kia ora! We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our awesome team based in Newmarket on a 9 month contract.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of all regulatory returns and compliance reporting for Heartland Bank Limited (HBL).

You will also lead the day-to-day management of the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring the operational delivery of regulatory returns that are accurate, complete and fully compliant with HBL’s regulatory obligations within Finance.

This includes responsibility for all returns submitted to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) for HBL’s New Zealand Banking Group (NZBG) and Banking Group regulatory lenses (which includes our Australian Bank), including the accurate calculation of risk-weighted exposures and regulatory capital for both views.
