Senior Rehabilitation Consultant – OT, PT or EP

Our client is an established Workplace Rehabilitation Provider with an impeccable reputation. Due to continued organic growth, we're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join their Brisbane North team.
 
The Role

• Manage a caseload predominantly within the WorkCover QLD scheme
• Deliver workplace rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services
• Complete initial, workplace, ergonomic & functional assessments
• Build strong relationships with employers, insurers, injured workers & treating practitioners
• Identify barriers to recovery & develop practical RTW solutions
• Achieve positive recovery, engagement & return to work outcomes
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment Training & mentoring of other Consultants
