We are looking for people who genuinely understand the investment landscape, have earned trust with wealth partners, and know how to build conviction around what we do.

If you‘ve been in this industry and feel ready to own a larger outcome, this is the opportunity to:

• Drive new client and distributor acquisition across bank, wealth, and IFA channels, with a clear focus on AIF and PMS mandates.
• Nurture and deepen existing relationships with wealth partners and end investors — be the person they call first.
• Identify, engage, and empanel new distribution partners who align with Carnelian‘s investment philosophy.
