Senior Release/Deployment Coordinator

Job Description
A client in the Nashville, TN area is seeking a Sr. Release/Deployment Coordinator to join their team.

This individual will operate as a central coordinator across releases and deployments, supporting the expansion of a proven POS deployment model into broader retail and digital systems. On a day-to-day basis, they will drive end-to-end change and deployment readiness, ensuring that all business, technical, and product stakeholders are aligned in advance of releases. This includes validating QA completion, confirming rollback plans, coordinating communication strategies, and ensuring overall readiness for smooth production rollouts.

They will work closely with an existing deployment lead who currently owns this function for POS, and help extend that model into additional retail applications, digital tools, and device-based systems that previously lacked centralized coordination.
