Senior Reliability & Test Engineer, Fauna

Description
As Senior Reliability & Test Engineer at Fauna, you will build the reliability discipline from the ground up and lead the test engineering function for our robotic hardware products. You will define how we prove that our systems meet performance, durability, manufacturability, and field reliability requirements across the full product lifecycle — from early prototypes through DVT, PVT, production ramp, and field operation.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role with function-level ownership from day one. You will set reliability strategy, define validation standards, lead engineering and production test strategy, and build the systems that connect reliability qualification, production test, failure analysis, and field performance. You will set the direction for test engineering, raise execution standards across the existing team, and build Fauna’s reliability function from the ground up.
