Senior Research Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Research Advisor to help guide and support our research programme, ensuring research investments are well-targeted, evidence-based and deliver meaningful outcomes for natural hazard resilience and risk reduction. You'll work across the full research lifecycle – from helping shape investment priorities and managing funding rounds through to tracking project delivery and supporting the translation of research into policy and practice. You'll also play an active role in lifting team capability by sharing your expertise, supporting colleagues and contributing to consistent ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Help shape the direction of the research programme by contributing to investment priorities, planning and portfolio review.
