JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Research & Development (R&D) Officer provides technical, scientific, and operational leadership in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Company’s research and development functions. The role is responsible for conducting product development, process improvement, laboratory testing, technical validation, material evaluation, formulation development, and innovation initiatives aligned with company objectives, applicable industry standards, operational requirements, and customer expectations.
