• Strategic Research Planning – Lead the planning and alignment of water uptake efficiency (WUE) and nutrient uptake efficiency (NUE) breeding trials with long‑term breeding program objectives and organisational sustainability goals; identify research gaps and design multi‑location trials to capture genotype×environment interactions.
