Senior Resident Care & Counselling Social Worker

PERTAPIS Education and Welfare Centre in Singapore is seeking a Social Worker to ensure compliance among residents with the Centre’s regulations and to manage their Individual Care Plans. Responsibilities include counselling, case management, and collaboration with various agencies.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Social Work with 1-2 years of experience in casework. Strong care management and counselling skills are essential, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. This role operates on a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
