The Senior Resident Engineer will lead site supervision for large-scale mega/giga developments including villa communities and high-rise buildings ensuring delivery in line with design intent UAE authority regulations quality standards and project timelines. The role demands strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholders.
Your role- Lead end-to-end site supervision for mega/giga projects (mixed-use villas and high-rise developments).
- Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings specifications and UAE authority requirements (DM DDA Trakhees etc.).
- Manage and mentor Resident Engineers inspectors and discipline engineers.
- Review and approve shop drawings materials method statements and technical submittals.
