Senior Retail Designer / Retail Designer (Luxury Beauty)

About the role

This role is responsible for leading the design and execution of store design initiatives across the Skincare and Fragrance categories within the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store planning and design development in accordance with brand store design guidelines and standards.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders on all aspects of store construction and fit-out projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to integrate VM concepts and requirements into store design solutions.
• Interpret design concepts and oversee execution with shopfitters, including reviewing shop drawings and ensuring accurate implementation throughout the construction process.
• Train and update new and existing shopfitters on evolving design standards, construction techniques, and brand design directives.
