We are now looking for a Senior Retail Manager who is passionate about the Beauty industry and driving our fantastic team of Retail Managers to achieve the best results across our iconic Beauty Halls.
About the Role
In this role, you will drive the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding Retail Managers, ensuring they excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of our business strategy.
In addition to this you will also:
Lead and inspire a team of Retail Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Work closely with the Divisional General Retail Manager and wider GRM network to develop talent, grow skills and make effective succession plans to protect the strength of the business
Regularly reviewing NPS and ENPS comments and feedback to understand current challenges an...
