Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead - Building Services
Location: Waterloo, London
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
An established and highly respected Building Services Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead to join its growing London team based in Waterloo.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects within the education, healthcare, commercial, and public sectors, you will play a key role in leading BIM coordination activities, driving project delivery standards, and supporting multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional who enjoys a hands-on technical role while also taking ownership of project coordination and mentoring junior team members.
