Manage, review and optimise as necessary all benefits, recognition and wellbeing matters, and ensure all key processes are documented and adhered to.Manage the day-to-day operation of the benefits portfolio, working with third party suppliers on healthcare, pensions, risk and voluntary benefitsManage the service standards of our external vendors (e.g. providers of HR systems, consultancy, benefits and services)Escalation contact for benefit queries, providing expert advice and guidance.Lead on annual benefits renewal ensuring system readiness (where in use) and effective communication with staffWorking with the Head of Reward, lead on benefits harmonisation initiatives across the regionConduct data research, analysis and presentation of data in relation to benefits and the analysis of key competitorsCoordinate and provide administrative support to the Pensions Governance Committees taking responsibility ...
