Position Overview
The Senior Sales Consultant, East Major Retail Region is a senior, dealer ‑ facing sales leader responsible for growing International® retail market share at Holt Truck Centers. The role focuses on retail sales management execution, strategic account leadership, and solution selling, rather than direct people management.
This role acts as a bridge between International and the dealer, clearly representing both the Voice of the Dealer and the Voice of the Customer, while driving disciplined execution of sales strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
+ Own retail sales results and market share growth in assigned territory. Responsible for achieving assigned goals in your retail market.
