Opportunity Description

Sales and Business Development

Define and execute the regional sales strategy. Drive business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities in the regional market. Deliver on sales targets, preparing monthly reports and forecasts. Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and supplier visits as required. Collaborate with suppliers on commercial terms, pricing, and resolve any operational issues (quality, logistics, etc.) Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including price negotiations, quality follow-up, and complaint resolution (quality, service, delivery).

Skills and Qualifications:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities. 4+ years of proven experience in B2 B sales in the chemicals or experience in a fast growing start up in B2 B Sales.
