*Job Summary*


Altairo is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building long-term client relationships.


*Key Responsibilities*

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting

2. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure

3. Conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) and deliver impactful presentations

4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

7. Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
