What we’re offering

We keep compensation clear and performance-rewarding:

• Basic salary: RM4,000
• 10% commission: Earned on all sales from day one (no KPI requirement to start)
• Tiered commission structure: Once KPIs are met, commission increases in tiers, with the top tier at 20%

If you maintain steady, reasonable sales throughout the year, a realistic outcome is earning around RM11,000 total per month (basic plus commission) in at least 6 of the 12 months , depending on performance and seasonality.
