Senior Sales & Leasing Consultant Commercial Real Estate

For Senior Sales Consultant, Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional commercial leasing and sales outcomes for a leading property group. A permanent full-time role within a dynamic and supportive commercial real estate team based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

• Requires: Minimum 2+ years commercial real estate experience in sales and/or leasing, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Salary guide: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
• Location: northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Your normal day will involve:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including tenant liaison, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
• Leading leasing campaigns from marketing through to deal closure including preparing brochures, qualifying prospects, conducting site inspections and negotiating lease terms.
